1. About Us

GMR Printing is a small home business based in Bovington Garrison, Dorset, United Kingdom. We provide personalised garments, embroidery, vinyl decals and 3D printed items.

2. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by GMR Printing.
  • Custom and personalised items are made to order based on customer-provided specifications.
  • Orders may be refused or cancelled if designs are unlawful, offensive, infringe intellectual property, or cannot be produced to a suitable standard.

3. Proofs & Approvals

  • Where a digital proof/mock-up is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to check spelling, layout, sizes, and placement before approval.
  • Once approval is given, production will begin. Errors approved by the customer are the customer’s responsibility and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are quoted in GBP and may change without notice.
  • Payment is required in full before production begins unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Custom work is priced based on materials, machine time, and labour.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Custom and personalised items are non-refundable once production has started.
  • Non-personalised stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
  • Refunds do not cover design time, setup costs, or postage unless the item is faulty.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If an item is faulty or incorrect due to our error, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos.
  • We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
  • Natural variations in colour, texture, or finish are not considered faults, particularly with 3D printed items.

7. Turnaround Times & Delivery

  • Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, materials availability, and design complexity.
  • Delivery times are not guaranteed and delays caused by couriers are outside our control.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by delayed delivery.

8. Customer-Supplied Designs & Intellectual Property

  • The customer confirms they have the right to use any logos, artwork, or text supplied.
  • GMR Printing accepts no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-provided content.
  • We may refuse to produce items that infringe third-party rights.

9. Use of Images for Marketing

  • We may use photos of completed products for marketing and portfolio purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.
  • No personal data will be shared without consent.

10. Product Use & Liability

  • 3D printed items are not toys unless stated and may not be suitable for children.
  • Items are produced for their intended decorative or functional purpose only.
  • GMR Printing is not liable for misuse, modification, or use outside intended purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the item supplied.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect only the information required to fulfil orders and communicate with customers.
  • Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required to complete delivery or comply with legal obligations.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of ordering applies.
